Tonight at 6pm EST, Sony is expected to announce its highly anticipated fourth console – the Playstation 4. Most expected Microsoft to debut its new Xbox console first, but Sony has apparently jumped the gun.
In the past few weeks, Sony unleashed a digital campaign reminding us of the Playstation’s illustrious history. Now, we’re all waiting on pins and needles. If Sony debuts the PS4, social media feeds will be dominated by the news. If Sony announces anything but the PS4, expect a lot of angry gamers to scream gloom-and-doom and “damn you Sony for wasting our time – again.”
