25 – Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan (3DS)
Why do we crave it: When it comes to JRPGs, handheld play is still the best way to go. Etrian Odyssey has been a lesson on evolution for long-time dungeon crawling fans. Starting out at a small development shop, the game has slowly progressed into a coveted franchise within its niche.

24 – Dead Island: Riptide
Why do we crave it: Who doesn’t love open-world zombie slaying? The latest Dead Island adventure promises more of open world hack-and-slash fun as well as refined multiplayer and coop play.

23 – Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate (3DS)
Why do we crave it: Call us dreamers, but we’re cautiously optimistic to see Castlevania on 3DS. If Konami can do with Capcom did with Resident Evil: Revelations, we may have another M-rated winner on our hands.

22 – Fuse
Why do we crave it: We actually craved this game more when it was called Overstrike. However, Insomniac succumbed to “realistic graphics.” Seriously, who cares about realism? Just give me a fun game. I don’t care if the textures look 1% more real.

21 – Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon (3DS)
Why do we crave it: Luigi’s Mansion was one of the first games previewed for the 3DS during Nintendo’s initial E3 2010 announcement. Then, news of its actual release dwindled after the system launched in 2011. Nearly three years later, the game is finally getting released. It’s about time.
