The CW has just released a new clip from The Vampire Diaries Season 4 premiere, which takes place right after Elena (Nina Dobrev) wakes up – following her crash and death. Damon (Iam Somerhalder) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) are with her as she comes to grips with her ultimate fate.
