Katy Perry: Part of Me Trailer – An Introspective Tour into ‘Weirdness’

On July 5, Paramount Pictures brings Katy Perry fans a 3D introspective journey into the life of the Grammy nominated artist.

The new film will cover Katy’s musical start, including her Christian upbringing and experiences singing in Church. She also discusses her recent marriage and subsequent divorce to Russel Brand (appearing in the upcoming film adaptation Rock of Ages).

The trailer features a montage of music and backstage scenes from the artist who made the “Friday” phenomenon an even bigger success. You’ll see some of her wild outfits, memorable performances and also hear the singer thank fans for taking part in her “weirdness.”

The Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D documentary will hit theaters on July 5th, 2012. The docu was directed by Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz.
