Who said cheerleaders were too stupid to survive the zombie apocalypse? Surely, it wasn’t Suda51 (No More Heroes, Shadows of the Damned, Killer7) or James Gunn (Super, Slither, Dawn of the Dead, Tromeo and Juliet)?
In this new trailer for Lollipop Chainsaw, we see just how well a blond cheerleader would do in the event of a zombie apocalypse. If only Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead had a carefree cheerleader on his side he wouldn’t have so much to worry about. Watch as she tears them all a new groin, asshole, uhm, and everything else in this video.

Lollipop Chainsaw is the ‘un-deadly’ story of sweet and killer zombie hunter Juliet Starling and her quest to uncover the root of a colossal zombie outbreak. With her wickedly awesome chainsaw in hand, Juliet slices, dices and splits her way through hordes of the undead, but soon realizes the horde is only the opening act to a festival of zombie rock lords determined to kill the chainsaw wielding cheerleader.
Lollipop Chainsaw comes to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2012 from Warner Bros Interactive.
