Another June has come and gone, but not without leaving the faithful with a final Comic Pull List.
This week, Marvel and DC Comics leave fans with several gems worth picking up. From Marvel, we’ve got Secret Avengers #2 by Ed Brubaker. The Invincible Iron Man also makes his way on the pull list, with the series’ first Annual.
From DC Comics, Lex Luthor returns suited up and to wreak havoc in Action Comics #890. Our dear friend Wonder Woman turns 600 this month in a star studded collaborative issue, featuring writers Michael Straczynski, Geoff Johns and - of course - Gail Simone.
But the BuzzFocus Must Read Position goes to Radical Publishing for After Dark #0. This new series is created by Antoine Fuqua (Brooklyn’s Finest, Training Day) & Wesley Snipes (Blade), written by Peter Milligan and illustrated by Jeff Nentrup. Hollywood has officially invaded the comic rack. Can you say MUST READ? We sure as hell can!
