Is it me, or is just the sound of voice over by Michael C. Hall chilling enough to give a person nightmares? These animated webisodes feel much more dramatic than some of the recent motion comics we’ve seen from Marvel and DC Comics. And, I think that has a lot to do with the narration. Most of the motion comics, like “Watchmen,” had robotic voice over actors that stole momentum from the overall piece. But, you won’t find that with Dex. This is the original character, taking you on dark journey down memory lane.
In Chapter 2 of “Dexter: Early Cuts,” we learn just why Dexter has the Marine, Alex Timmons, in his crosshairs.

I also got the Dexter game. It started out fun then got too hard.
I’m happy that there doing so much with Dexter’s character. 1 hour a week is just not enough. I wish they did the same for true blood.
