Of all the sticky situations that Dexter Morgan has been in, none may have been as dramatic as what we saw in this season’s first two episodes: a car accident (with kill tools inside), a concussion and a missing dead body.

Yup - Dex clearly has too much on his plate, juggling the demands of his job, his family and, of course, his Dark Passenger. So what’s to give? Sleep. And it’s only a matter of time before his attempt to do everything comes crashing down.

Meanwhile, secret romances and police work are keeping everyone else busy. Between both clandestine rendezvouses between Quinn and the hot reporter and Batista/Laguerta, I’m guessing that neither will last long. On the other hand, it’s almost a certainty that Deb is going to conjure up some old feelings for Special Agent Lundy (I wonder what Anton will think of that one).

The fun continues in Episode 3. Arthur Mitchell, aka the super creepy trinity killer poses to close in on his second target in Miami, meanwhile Dexter tries to take things a little bit easier. And he may have dodged the bullet with his boxing ring kill, but you’d better believe that there’s more theatrics a’comin.

Check out these two preview clips of Episode 4.3, “Blinded By the Light”: Dexter and Rita make friends with the neighbors meanwhile the Miami Metro PD is intent on finding Johnny Rose, a person of interest in the ‘Vacation Murders’ case.
