If there’s one thing we know about Dexter (Michael C. Hall), it’s that breaking away from Harry’s rules was one of the most difficult choices in Dexter’s life. But, after Dexter learned the truth about Harry’s death, diverging from those rules became all too simple.
Unfortunately, rule breaking is not without consequences. Over the past two seasons, Dexter has become one thing. Sloppy. Trying to juggle a personal life, while satisfying the blood-lust of his Dark Passenger has often lead to more than one mishap on the job. Then there was the case of Miguel Prado in Dexter Season 3. Dexter thought he had a friend, once again defying the will of Harry (James Remar). His wanton need to betray Harry resulted in betrayal, and inevitably the death of his closest friend.
Now, Dexter has a baby boy and Harry’s rules are totally out the window. After three sleepless months, he’s back trying to satisfy the urge of his inner demon. Can he still kill? Of course. But, can he kill and still be a good father?
Ironically, Harry, the one man Dexter has constantly defied, showed up to wake Dexter up from his fantasy world. Dexter’s first night out after wedding bells and the birth of Harrison, resulted in a car accident. Luckily, or unluckily as the case may be, Dexter didn’t have the accident with Harrison in the car. Instead, the accident was shared with a large black plastic bag filled with his latest kill.
It wouldn’t be much of a season if Dexter died or was horribly maimed in the crash, so we know he’ll survive with, at most, a few cuts and bruises. However, his sloppiness will call into question his dark lifestyle. Rita (Julie Benz) will demand he come home immediately after work. No more long nights stalking killers for Dexter. Also, Dexter will no doubt leave behind some evidence that can cause the revival of the Bay Harbor Butcher case. Doakes may have taken the rap for that, but Lt. Maria Laguerta (Lauren Vélez) never quite put the case to sleep.
In Episode 2, “Remains to be Seen,” we’ll see more of John Lithgow as the Trinity Killer comes closer into contact with Dexter, and the inevitable showdown with the Dark Passenger.

This is what i was searching for. many thanks for sharing it.
