Who knew that having your baby mama’s other son get shot would be the wakeup call you needed to fight the power? When Esteban witnesses Shane get shot by one of Pilar Zuazo’s goons, he finally gets the courage to leave Pilar’s control and marry Nancy. Well, he didn’t exactly leave; Pilar decided to replace Esteban with another candidate. Andy decides to sign over the Stevey Ray’s birth certificate to Esteban as a wedding gift, so that Nancy and Esteban can live happily ever after.

There’s a war brewing and Nancy is ready for it. Our illicit soccer mom has reached out to Guillermo to get the thuggish backing she needs to take down Pilar. “I want her dead,” she says in typical Nancy deadpan fashion. She may be married, but she still wears the pants on “Weeds.” You have to admire Nancy for not leaving the dirty work up to Esteban. It was, after all, Esteban’s right hand man, Cesar, who betrayed Esteban and let Shane get shot.
Nancy versus Pilar isn’t the only war brewing on “Weeds.” Dean and Doug are getting ready to start a limp-d*&k war against Celia. Yes, Doug teamed up with Dean after Dean agrees to dunk his balls in a cup of scolding hot coffee. Ouch. Payback is a B.
In Weeds Season 5 Episode 11, “Ducks and Tigers,” Nancy and Esteban deal with the arrival of his daughter Adelita, while Dean, Isabel and Doug plot their revenge against Celia.
