Showtime has just unleashed the Season 4 Trailer for Dexter, and our favorite serial killer is as eerie as ever. He’s got a baby now, and Dexter will have to find a way to balance childcare time with killing time.

Michael C. Hall, Julie Benz, Jennifer Carpenter, and Season 4 guest-serial killer, John Lithgow, were at on hand to discuss the new season. Lithgow will be playing Walter Simmons, the Trinity Killer. If you couldn’t guess what that means, Simmons kills in threes.
From the Ice Truck Killer to Miguel Prado (Jimmy Smits), guest killers have always been the mainstay of “Dexter.” Each killer has helped mold the Dexter we know today, by exposing both Dexter’s personal side and reinvigorating his Dark Defender motivations. Lithgow’s personality and demeanor will certainly be an excellent addition to the cast. We’ve never seen Lithgow play a role bearing the cruel intentions of the Trinity Killer, so this season will be especially one to look out for.
