It looks like William Fichtner is going to go from chasing down convicts to chasing the boys from HBO’s Entourage.
The veteran actor is set to join the sixth season of Entourage in a multi-episode arc. He will play Phil Yagoda, a slick TV producer who wants to enlist Johnny Drama in the remake of his 1990s teen show. Brothers and Sisters actor Matt Letscher will also join, and will oversee the new TV series.
Also joining for an arc is Scott Caan, a talent manager with tough talk that will become a nuisance for Eric this season.
It seems as if the approach is to be bigger and better than ever this time around. However, I do hope that the show is able to focus this season and is not adding all these stars just for the sake of getting them on-screen.
Entourage starts back up on July 12th at 10:30pm.
