About Nurse Jackie Episode 101 – Pilot

Veteran ER nurse Jackie Peyton (Edie Falco) tries to make something good come from a senseless death at her under-funded Manhattan Emergency Room. Nurse Jackie Episode 1 is written by Liz Brixius & Linda Wallem. The Pilot is directed by Craig Zisk.

Be sure to catch the premiere of Nurse Jackie Monday June 8 at 10:30PM, immediately following the premiere of Weeds Season 5.

If you came down from outer space and decided to learn about humanity by watching TV, you could be forgiven for …. Jackie is a nurse with a prescription drug addiction. … I started watching Breaking Bad last week, and I can’t imagine how excruciating it would be to watch without the ability to just play the nextepisode (I have only 1 left in the first season). …

I was a critical care nurse in big LA hospitals. FInally, finally someone got it true and right . Nurses are smart, complicated ,compassionate and right out there in the front lines training those new doctors.

This show has all the heart and soul of the field .Unlike the absent nurses in Greys’ Anatomy and if they are they are swooning over residents.

    Bravo, brava
