Disney has succumbed to Hulu’s evil plot to destroy the world.
The venerable company, which owns ABC, will make a portion of its catalog available for free, ad-supported streaming on the ever-growing video site. Hulu currently ranks as the number 2 video site, second only to YouTube.
This means that you’ll be able to watch Lost, Grey’s Anatomy, Desperate Housewives and other ABC shows on the popular site. This also means that CBS is the only big network site that doesn’t offer up its programs on the site.
Hulu is a joint venture between NBC and Fox. Disney will hold a 27% stake in the company.
