You ever sit down and ask yourself, “What’s wrong with people?”
The rumor mill is buzzing that Rihanna is allegedly back with Chris Brown, after Brown’s alleged assault February 8. Brown appeared in court March 5 to face charges for both assault and making criminal threats against Rihanna.
Rihanna has been taking the attack in stride, and back in the studio working on a new album. Producer Adonis Shropshire told Hip Hollywood, “With anybody who goes through something in the world, you have to bring yourself out of it, so I guess her refuge is her music. You have to remember, she’s a kid still.”
Young is right. For Rihanna to head back into Chris Brown’s arms after his attack is sad to say the least. Hopefully, she is heading the advice of friends and family and approaching Brown with caution.
Adonis is championing the new album as a dramatic step-up from Rihanna’s 2007 “Good Girl Gone Bad.”
Adonis said, “She always brings her best whenever she steps onto the stage or the studio… This is definitely going to be an eclipse of what she’s done before. It’s going to be hot.”
As for Chris Brown, the artist’s arraignment has been moved to April 6.
