Just three months after its theatrical release, Notorious is coming to DVD and Blu-ray on April 21, 2009. The Biggie Smalls biopic was surprisingly much better than I thought it was going to be. If anything, it was an ode to his string of hits that made the mid 90s one of the best eras in hip hop.
