The L Word is over. Only one more episode and we will say goodbye to eight ladies who helped teach the world a different side of love.
And, one of these women will die. On the series finale of The L Word, Jenny Schecter will lose her life. Is Schecter a neurotic obsessive woman with no conscience, a girl that just loves too much, a total psycho or simply a b*tch? That’s a question each fan has considered since day one. The fact is Jenny’s death won’t really be felt by anyone. Her death comes with the end of the L Word, so whether she lived or died it wouldn’t really matter. The chronicles of her life would have died anyway with the end of the series.
As for who done it, we can rule out Helena now that she’s back with Dylan. But the other girls of the L Word all seem to just want Jenny out of their lives. Between trying to end Bette’s relationship with Tina through a misconstrued iPhone video and boxing in the sex-loving Woodstock-spirit Shane, Jenny has created her own share of enemies and alienated all of her friends - not to mention she stole her latest script idea from Alice.
The series finale of the L Word continues with a celebration of friendship as Bette and Alice decide whether they will live sunny California for the mean streets of New York City. Bette’s not ready to sacrifice the woman she loves for a false rumor perpetrated by Ms. Schecter, and Jenny’s hellbent on being Tina’s messiah by showing off the iPhone vid of Kelly allegedly having sex with Bette.
Who will hold the title of Jenny Schecter’s murderer? We’ll find out on the season finale. Shane’s looking more and more murderer material with a guiding hand from Bette. But, Jenny is so emotionally fragile, that she may just take her own life and make it look like someone else did it. This is one woman who might just write the script for her own Hollywood death.

I think the actress that played Jenny stole the last reels of the final episode so they had to piece together this unsatisfy, poor excuse of a last episode with what they had on the cutting room floor. Come on, give us an ending with some closure!!!!!!!

I finished the 6th and final season last night and i do have to say i hope there is another one, or at least a last episode to give closure for the last 6 years of the L word….
I love the show and all the characters, not sure what i will watch next hopefully they all come together for another!!!!
I REALLY AM (and i guess all of the viewers feel the same too) VERY UPSET WITH THE ENDING OF THE SERIES.
I think, we all deserve a closure to the story. Especially if we’ve religiously followed the program for six years looked forward to see each episode and cherished every change that all of the characters have been through.
This is a call to the makers, producers and cast of the show to PLEASE, give justice to the story. And give us the good ending that we deserve.

i say niki knows who did it cause in the last episode she comes out of the bushes saying she saw everything ..

in Germany, The L Word really good.
Unfortunately, we have only 1 Season can watch on TV. which we have sequenced after the Internet Appointed. I am sad that the eighth season will be the last. The America’s producers bring over such matters better than the Germans, it is really a pity that it should be over now.

Maybe, the last episode was actually a movie idea made up by Jenny. And we got to see it….I guess we’ll never know….

Come on where are my loyal fans? The ending was definitely intentional. It was meant to keep us all talking, something for us all to hang on to. A story we can continue to create for ourselves in our minds. If this doesn’t work for you then think about it this way. The ladies on The L Word are and have always been POWER LESBIANS! A group of powerful successful and loyal friends. If indeed one of them killed jenny we would never know in efforts to keep the solidity of there friendship which is partly based on secrets from one another. I was happy to have six years of this show in my life… and i was sad to see it end which all things much eventually do. But the stories will always stick with me for the rest of my life.

It’s sad that Jenny dies, But seriously who will miss her? She was ok at the beginning, but when she got into the filming and all that s&$@… she changed for the worst by trying to ruin Bette and Tina’s relationship because she’s not happy. I want to see more closure at the end.

I hate that they had to make jenny so crazy. She started out as an innocent, beautiful, talented young writer finding herself, and they made her end up mind f*cking herself and going crazy in the end. As crazy as jenny is, i love her charector, and i can relate to her in some ways, and some ways i get annoyed by her.

I honestly think the whole thing is Les Girls, her movie/ book which she’s worked on the whole series yet we’ve only heard bits and peices of.
In my opinion Jenny is a bitch the her last dying breath. I think that she kills herself over Shane because of a line used on a previous season about paige committing a crime over shane. Shane’s escalation with breaking hearts would be to have someone kill themselves over her. Plus, we must all remember that Jenny’s entire doorway into the Lesbian world was seeing Shane and another woman in Bette’s pool. Isn’t it just a little interesting that the pool is what end’s her lesbian world as well? Pretty symbolic to me. Jenny has also written and killed off character’s in her stories that were “too much like herself.” I think the character’s name was Sarah Shouster? Yeah well, Sarah dies by water, and I think its jenny’s weird crazy way of moving on.
