Chris Redfield is back. The star of the original Resident Evil has traveled around the globe trying stop the evil threat plaguing the world. And, now the bioterrorist threat has lead him to Africa.

Capcom latest trailer for Resident Evil can be defined by two words: freakishly eerie. If you’ve been waiting for a game trailer that will make you sh*t your pants, this is it. Within the first thirty seconds you’ll quickly get a feeling that this game will may be the most frightening thing since the birth of Freddy Krueger.

The graphics are visually stunning, and this is one title where it would be a crime not to play in HD. So if you’re one of those unlucky people who have yet to upgrade to HD, we’re sorry to say that this game will make you dust off the credit card and wish for a faster economic stimulus.

There is one villain about half way through the trailer that looks like he’s suffering from a bad case of “weird face,” but outside of that all of the characters have a very realistic feel.

We’ve also got some bad guy artwork below, so be sure to check out what villains you’ll be facing when Resident Evil 5 hits the PS3 and Xbox 360 on March 13.
