There’s something about seeing glimpses of the future, but living in the past that just makes Damages so deliciously intoxicating.
So far the future has centered around Ellen and the conversation she has had with a mysterious unnamed party. It appears as though Ellen has murdered whoever that person is. Could it be Patty? That’s doubtful, Damages would be nothing without Glenn Close. I’d guess the victim is either Frobisher or his lackey detective Rick Messer.
The second piece of future information we have is Ellen’s romantic future. Wes, the guy Ellen picked up in counseling, ends up sleeping with Ellen in the future. It’s not clear whether they’re just bed buddies or if it’s a full blown boyfriend-girlfriend situation. The fact is, going back to the present we know that Wes is nothing but a low-life-bad-cop informant. Wes is also a killer. Who’d did he shoot in the back of the car. That’s one thing I can’t call, but suffice it to say it’s someone with the goods on Frobisher and the pocket cop.
About Damages Season 2 Episode 6: ‘A Pretty Girl In A Leotard’
Convinced that Walter Kendrick is responsible for Christine Purcell’s murder, Patty uses the media to wage war. Meanwhile, Ellen gets one step closer in her attempt to link Frobisher to David’s murder.

My girlfriend got me hooked on this show and it totally kicks ass. I never got into those other law shows like law and order. I love Glenn Close. She’s so great. I don’t know why I never noticed her before. But i have to check out her other works.
I have no idea what is going on this season. Is Patty really suspicious of Ellen. She has to be, right? Then why aren’t they showing more of what Patty is thinking. I know it adds to the mystery. IT’S KILLING ME. Now Frobisher is back. Arrrgh.
