NY Comic Con is officially here. And, if there are two names synonymous with Comic Conventions they’re George Lucas and Cobra Commander.
Between scheduling fresh plans for world domination and promoting his upcoming GI Joe movie, Cobra Commander likes nothing more than to play the Nintendo Wii. We caught up with infamous despot testing out Sega’s upcoming Wii title Sonic and the Black Knight, scheduled for Spring 2009 release.
The Commander didn’t have much to say, while Beta testing Sonic and the Black Knight, but he did wave his Wii-Remote at us in a very threatening manner for interrupting his game.
Sonic and the Black Knight will be the third Sonic game to hit a Nintendo system in under a year. Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood hit the DS in Sept 2008, followed by the console wide release of Sonic Unleashed (PS3, PS2, 360, Wii) in Nov 2008. One can only wonder if this Sonic attack is really tied to Cobra’s next scheme to take over the world? Is Cobra Commander really the Black Knight?
Hopefully, our favorite Hedgehog has something up his sleeve to fight a possible Cobra-Eggman team-up.
