One of my favorite DC Universe heroes is coming to teaming up with Batman on the Cartoon Network. On Friday, December 12, the Red Tornado will be teaming up with the world’s greatest Detective on Batman: the Brave and the Bold.

In a pages taken from Dr. Seuss, a Grinch, by the name of Fun Faus, decides to steal Christmas. Yikes!

Music of Michael Jackson is going to live for ever no matter what, I think It’s became a legendof ‘pop’, He was so depressed last time and has lots of problems, poor guy - that was probably end for him - so sad all we can do is keep his music in our hearts.

    Right you are Alexis!

Comics have moved on to a more “mature” demographic.

That’s why the Comic Publishers have begun making titles specifically for children like Teen Titans Go! and Batman Strikes! - both based off the Animated Series.

Well, Spider-Man is pretty much a kiddie comic too. They relaunch his character every 10 yrs as a child and won’t let him grow up. I mean really dissolving his wedding? Sorry… Spider-Man back in black was just so good, and I’m still a bit peeved that they basically erased it in one idiotic move.

    -Bags out!

    Hey PapaBear753,
An editor here actually gave me a copy of Identity Crisis. So I know exactly what you’re talking about. I’ve read a few comics as a child here and there but never really got into them - well I loved Wonder Woman of course but who doesn’t :).

I have to say the story in Identity Crisis was exceptional. And because of this I actually read a graphic novel or two here and there (of course I recently checked out Watchman which was great!!).

Anyway, what I noticed in the comic shop was that there were no children in there - just adults. So, it seems that comics have progressed and the target audience has grown up too!

I really like watching this show with my son and nieces. I was in barnes and nobles and while back and a graphic novel caught my eye. i think the name was identity crisis. i liked the story but it was sort of bizarre seeing the adult themes in comics. Granted I haven’t read comics in a few decades, but Superheroes with wives just seems obscure. And the fact that the writer’s are adding topics like rape creeps me out. Sure it’s a good story, but aren’t comics still for children? Just my thoughts.
