Modern-day NYPD Detective Sam Tyler finds himself suddenly hurtled back to the tumultuous times of New York City in 1973 when he’s hit by a car while chasing down a criminal. The woman he loves is 35 years away. Will he be able to get back to her?
More importantly, can the ABC remake match up to the original?

I think the ABC remake is going to be really really good. It’s a great cast (keitel et al) and set in NYC. I’m looking forward to seeing Jason O’Mara again too. After this season’s disappointing new shows, i have high hopes for Life on Mars.
