There’s less than two weeks to the season premiere of the eighth and last season of Smallville. What happens when our hero is missing?
A certain billionaire by the name of Green Arrow calls upon heroes of Smallville’s past to fight the good fight. Black Canary, Aquaman, and the Martian Manhunter will join Green Arrow’s attempt to locate the missing Clark Kent, last seen in the Arctic. Too bad this incarnation of the Justice League will not have the Flash or Cyborg in it. We can all do without Aquaman.
And what of LuthorCorp? Well with Rosenbaum going on hiatus to pursue a film career, a new CEO will take the mantle. As for the bright-eyed sideckick Chloe, she’ll get her butt kidnapped by a secret organization with eyes on her meteor-freak powers.
Smallville returns for Season 8 Thursday, Sept. 18 at 8/7C to the CW.
