Saturday Night Live star Amy Poehler confirmed to the Associated Press that she will be a part of the cast of the upcoming spinoff to NBC’s “The Office.”
“I can kind of confirm that I will be working in some capacity on that show. I don’t really have any other details yet,” said Poehler.
You’d think that Poehler would be the star of this show and she definitely seems to possess the type of comedic timing necessary for the style of The Office.
UPDATE: NBC has stated the Poehler will not star in The Office spinoff, but will star in another new NBC comedy, from the same writers as The Office.
