Fans of The Office will be able to buy the strike-shortened fourth season of the show on DVD on September 2, 2008, according to Universal.
There’s no word yet on whether or not the series will be released in Blu-Ray, although Universal never did release any of the prior seasons in HD-DVD (Universal supported HD-DVD until recently).
The fourth season lasted 14 episodes and featured some new territory for the will-they-won’t-they couple Jim and Pam. Michael Scott also had some interesting things happen in his life, particularly in his relationship with former boss Jan.
