Living legend and music icon Prince will be releasing his first book this fall from Atria Books, an impring of Simon & Schuster.
According to the imprint, the book entitled “21 Nights,” will detail “a rare glimpse into the life, lyrics and mystique” of Prince. Atria Books is bundling a special CD with the book, “Indigo Nights,” that will easily make this an instant bestseller.
“21 Nights” is based on Prince’s 2007 tour at London’s O2 Arena. The concert ran for 21 nights, with sell-out performances each night.
Atria stated, “Juxtaposing his dueling worlds of music and solitude, it (’21 Nights’) will incorporate Prince’s evocative poetry and lyrics to new songs and other selections, and 124 full-color, sumptuous, never-before-published images by celebrated photographer Randee St. Nicholas.”
