Sega’s releasing a new Sonic the Hedgehog title for Sony PS3, Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii entitled “Sonic Unleashed.”
This new title is supposed to reinvent the way we think of our friendly blue hedgehog, but only time will verify that. Sometime after Sonic 3, probably close to when Sonic went 3D fans (including me) lost interest in the title.
Sega is promising to spice up this latest incarnation. They’ve introduced a “Hedgehog Engine,” which they claim “introduces impressive lighting abilities and new technology tailor made for Sonic’s new speed capabilities.”
I for one would love to see if Sega adds any special Wii functionality to the title to add to it’s flavor.

Im looking foward to this game, there hasnt been a good Sonic game lately. So lets all put our hands together and hope just hope that this game only involves Sonic the Hedgehog not any other of those characters like Knuckles Tails etc… For once Sega, make a game that is nothing but Sonic thats all that the fans want.
After reading this, along with some other information about the game, makes it look even more promising.
