NBC will host it’s up-front presentation this Wednesday and is expected to announce that Knight Rider will be picked up for the Fall TV Season, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Also expected to be announced is an order for new show “Kings,” in which Ian McShane (of HBO’s Deadwoood fame) will star.

Knight Rider will mark another 1980s series that NBC will try to revive. The network was unsuccessful in garnering any traction for “The Bionic Woman” last year.

Also, it’s not looking likely that the network will renew the freshman dramedy, Lipstick Jungle.

If it doesn’t have Will Arnett, they can make as many new episodes as they want, I’m still not watching it! I wanted to hear him as the voice so bad….
