Will Arnett, after recently wrapping production on “G Force” Jerry Bruckheimer and Disney, is now off to Rome to star alongside “Veronica Mars’” heroine Kristen Bell.
The new feature is a romantic comedy entitled “When in Rome.” The film is directed by Mark Steven and will co-star Josh Duhamel, Jon Heder, Anjelica Huston and Dax Shepard.
Kristen Bell will play a New York curator who is thirsty for love. But after stealing some magical coins from Rome’s Trevi Fountain - because fountains in Rome all have magical coins - she finds herself chased back the U.S.A. by some very aggressive suitors. Arnett will play an Italian artist, who just happens to be one of Bell’s suitors.
Arnett has played Devon Banks twice on Tina Fey’s “30 Rock.” Banks is Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) arch-nemesis.
