The next film from the Terminator franchise is set to hit theaters May 22, 2009, capitalizing on the movie-goer friendly Memorial Day weekend.
Dubbed “Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins,” the movie stars Batman Begins star Christian Bale as the storied John Connor. It will also feature Sam Worthington of Avatar fame.
Warner Bros. hasn’t released any meaty details on the plot, but this film will start another trilogy about the time after the machines have waged war on mankind.
