On Saturday Feb. 16, ‘Letters to Iwo Jima,’ the critically acclaimed WWII war drama, will air commercial-free on AMC. The special showing will present the film in its original form in Japanese with English subtitles.
Academy Award®-winning director Clint Eastwood will provide a special introduction to the network television premiere of his critically acclaimed, multiple award-winning 2006 historical war drama ‘Letters to Iwo Jima,’ starring Ken Watanabe, Kazunari Ninomiya, Tsuyoshi Ihara, Ryo Kase and Shida Nakamura.
