“Sex and the City” may not have hit theaters yet, but the rumors are already circulating about a second movie.
A production source told the Daily Mail, “The producers are already working on a script for a second movie, they are so convinced the first will be a hit.”
And that’s not all…
The source continued to say that “They are exercising the sequel option in all of the stars’ contracts. They want it to be a franchise and think they can stretch it over at least three movies.”
It may be premature, but with the fan base for “Sex and the City” still growing through syndication, it’s a wonder that word of a trilogy started this late.
