Shia LaBeouf is one lucky man. Walgreens and the security company it employs have dropped charges against the actor. The Transformers star was previously being charged for refusing to leave a Chicago Walgreen’s store in November.
LaBeouf was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing after being arrested at about 2:30 a.m. Nov. 4. A security guard at the store claimed that Labeouf was drunk and boisterous and demanded that he leave. The actor was arrested when he refused to comply.
