Ben Stiller is back and ready to make you “LOL” all over again. He’s slated to star in the sequel to the wildly popular “Night at the Museum.”
This time around, Stiller plays a security guard stuck in the Smithsonian museum. Night at the Museum 2: Escape from the Smithsonian will be released in theaters on May 22, 2009 - setting itself to be one of that summer’s blockbuster comedies.
The movie will be directed by Shawn Levy and will follow the same formula as the first. No word yet on who will co-star. The first film featured a great performance by Robin Williams as well as cameo from Stiller’s frequent partner-in-laughs, Owen Wilson.
