Rock legend Ike Turner died Wednesdat in his San Diego home at the age of 76. The cause of death has not been reported.
Turner is considered one of the pioneers in the rock and roll industry. However, his career as a musician is widely overshadowed by his image as an abusive husband to his wife Tina Turner.
Most recently, Turner nabbed a Grammy in 2007 in the traditional blues album category for “Risin’ With the Blues.”
