Actor Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Jin-Soo Kwon on ABC’s Lost, entered a plea of not guilty at his arraignment Friday. Kim, a Korean tough guy on Lost, was arrested Oct. 26 when a Honolulu police officer spotted the actor driving erratically.
Kim may join other cast members who were scripted off the show after running into similar issues with the law. Adewale Akinnuoye, Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros lost their roles on the show after various encounters with Hawaii police.
Patrick McPherson, Kim’s defense attorney, said “He made an apology to the state, the people of Hawaii and his fans… he pleaded not guilty and requested a trial date.”
