The soundtrack album includes original tracks by John Legend (”Someday”), John Ondrasik (”King of the Earth”) and female guitar virtuoso Kaki King (”Bari Improv,” “Ritual Dance”); covers by Chris Botti & Paula Cole (Billie Holiday’s “God Bless The Child”), Leon Thomas III (Ritchie Valens’ “La Bamba”), and Jonathan Rhys Meyers (pieces based on works by Johann Sebastian Bach and Sir Edward Elgar as well as Van Morrison’s “Moondance,” also covered by Chris Botti on the album); and selections from the film’s musical score composed by Mark Mancina.
