Friday Nov. 16 kicks off the Big Apple Comic Book, Art, Toy, and Sci-Fi Expo in New York City. Big Apple Con runs Nov. 16-18 at the Penn Plaza Pavilion.
On Saturday and Sunday there will be a special photo opportunity with Hayden Panettiere, star of NBC’s Heroes (Claire Bennett). Also, for double the Heroes fun you can catch Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars), the newest addition to the Heroes cast, on Sunday. Comic book artist Tim Sale will also be there, raising the ante on Heroes’ appearances. Sale is a staff artist and artistic consultant for NBC’s Heroes.
But that’s not all. Val Kilmer will also be appearing Friday 4-7PM and 10-4PM Saturday.
There will be lots of FREE GIVEAWAYS from IFC, DC Comics, Paramount Pictures, NBC Heroes, Monty Python’s Spamalot, and Minimum Wage.
The Penn Plaza Pavilion is located at 401 Seventh Avenue at 33rd St. Official show times are Friday 1pm-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-7pm.
