24 Season (Day) 7 Trailer is Here

Finally, the premiere of the 24 Season 7 Trailer is here. The clip, which runs several minutes, debuted in Times Square earlier today and Mary Lynn Rajskub (who plays Chloe O’Brien) was on hand to watch with fans. From the looks of it, Season 7 will be serious change-up from the show’s past formula.

The scene is no longer Los Angeles; Jack Bauer is seen testifying in a Washington D.C. court about his non- remorse for past use of torture. He is then taken to FBI headquarters to help the bureau investigate a new threat, one that involves a terrorist group attempting to hack a system that controls the country’s infrastructure. We then learn that the leader of this group is none other than Tony Almeida, who fans presumed dead in Season 5. Tony is obviously pissed off about the way his wife, Michelle Dessler died and is now on the wrong side of the law. Jack Bauer vs. Evil Tony Almeida… can it get any better!!?

This season has a lot of promise and I’m officially excited for January 2008. Check out the trailer for yourself and be sure to let us know what you think.
