Summer’s over and the premiere season of LA Ink is drawing to a close. While Kat Von D’s show hasn’t been the most exciting, it has provided hardcore tattoo reality TV fans with a place to see some cool art. However, don’t fret: TLC’s original Ink show, Miami Ink, will return on November 6th with a new season.
That’s right, we get another glimpse into the lives of Ami, Garver, Chris, Darren and Yoji. I honestly can’t wait; the cast of Miami Ink has more interesting personalities and back-stories than that of LA Ink. Even more, the contrived drama of LA Ink felt old after 2 episodes.
The Season Premiere episode synopsis:
Nunez and Ami’s partnership has reached the breaking point,and the boys need to decide if their better off friends than partners. Garver takes on Simone’s elaborate peacock tattoo while Darren gives a 300lb woman a voluptuous pin up girl tattoo on her back.
