He may play the ultimate federal agent on 24, but Kiefer Sutherland will be facing jail time if he is convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol. The state of California has a two strikes system which would put Jack Bauer himself behind bars.
Kiefer was pulled over on Sunday night when he was caught making an illegal U-Turn in Los Angeles. He was force to take a breath test, which showed that he was over the legal blood alcohol limit. This is the second time Sutherland has been arrested for DUI (first time in 2004).
Kiefer will appear before a California court next month and will face a mandatory five-day jail sentence, if convicted.
