Police arrested actor Kiefer Sutherland on charges of DUI early Tuesday morning in western Los Angeles. Officer Karen Smith reported that Sutherland was over the .08 percent legal blood alcohol level.
The arrest took place at 1:10 a.m. in western LA before he was taken to a station in Hollywood. The actor is scheduled to face the misdemeanor charge in court on October 16.
Kiefer Sutherland is the star of 24 on Fox.
