Jennifer Lopez Lawsuit“All is fair in love and war.” And, J. Lo has won the latest battle against ex-husband Ojani Noa. The estranged husband planned on publishing a book telling all the dirty secrets of the couple’s marriage. The tell-all tale that will never reach the public’s eye, told stories of multiple affairs Jennifer Lopez had during her marriage to Noa. One of the affairs allegedly was with her current husband Marc Anthony.

On Wednesday, Judge Michael C. Solner of Los Angeles Supreme Court awarded Jennifer Lopez $545,000 in the lawsuit. The suit, originally filed in 2006, claimed Noa breached a settlement he was awarded in October 2006. During that case, the ex-husband claimed Lopez snagged him into a $1,000 a week job, just to fire him a few months later. Noa left the prior case with a settlement for $125,000.

Ojani is probably thinking right now, “Maybe, I should have just done the book first instead?”

Noa represented himself in this recent court suit. An earlier judge, presiding over the case, gave him the opportunity to find a lawyer, but he never did.
