The summer’s comedic sensation Superbad has given box office sales the extra record breaking boost it needed.
Box office ticket sales passed 4 billion for the first time ever. The surge was lead this weekend by Superbad which grossed $18 million in its second weekend. The comedic film by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg has grossed 68.6 million since opening on August 17.
