The Bionic Woman comes to NBC this fall, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get an early taste of Jamie Sommers’ world.
The Bionic Woman is following the current web publicity trend of shows like Heroes and Chuck and movies like The Dark Knight. Earlier this year, Warner Bros. released several Joker based sites to promote The Dark Knight, a viral ad campaign that allowed Batman fans to participate in the Joker’s evil antics. NBC also released a website called Chuck’s Secret to promote their latest fall tv premier of Chuck, where web surfers can hack into Chuck Bartowski’s laptop. But, the originator in all this marketing blitz was probably Heroes’ PrimaTechPaper.com website.
The EthicalBionics.org website will give fans an opportunity to delve deeper into the world of Jamie Sommers, the Bionic Woman. The site hasn’t gathered much momentum yet. There are a few interesting areas to peruse. Fans can stop by to learn more about the history and uses of bionics.
So, stop by EthicalBionics.org and get ready for the premier of the Bionic Woman tv series Wednesday, September 26 at 9/8c on NBC.
