The wait is over. The end of the children’s book series that captured the entire planet’s heart will hit bookstores at midnight tonight.
Fans have more to celebrate than just the release of the seventh and final book in the Harry Potter series. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows most assuredly brings an end to He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named’s reign of terror. Oh heck, I’m not afraid anymore. I’ll say his name. The evil Lord Voldomort will die.
Fans will also look forward to a few questions that remain as of yet unanswered:
1) Does Harry really have no more family
2) Who is R.A.B.
3) Will Ron finally “MAN UP” and snog (that’s potter talk for kiss) Hermione?
4) And what of that mean ol’ Professor Snape? Is he friend or foe?
5) Dumbledore is dead… OR IS HE?
6) What of those nasty Durstleys?
6) And of course will the Harry Potter saga end, in Harry’s death?
In less than 12 hours, Midnight Magic Costume party will kick-off at Barnes & Noble bookstores across the nation. If you can’t make it, don’t worry it’s not the end of the Muggle World. You can catch the live webcast 9pm at BN.com.

- Hagrid Tours the Party at 9pm
- Guest-appearance by Jim Dale, narrator of the Harry Potter audio books, at 10:30pm.
- The Countdown to Midnight at 11:55pm
