It’s been three years since the series finale of Sex and the City and fans of the show have been asking one question : Will a movie be made about our favorite female quartet from Manhattan?
As of Thursday, the answer is YES!
New Line Cinema is reportedly close to finalizing a deal to finance and distribute the film in association with HBO.
This is awesome news for fans who were left wanting more. We will get to see the next chapter in the lives of Carrie, Samantha, Miranda, and Charlotte after the last episode. Even better, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis will be reprising their original roles.
There’s no official word on a release date yet. Stay tuned for more info as it comes in.
