New Iron Man Movie Poster Released

A new Iron Man (2008) poster was unveiled at the Cinema Expo International in Amsterdam, the Netherlands this week (at right).

While in other Iron Man news, director Jon Favreau’s recently announced that principle photography for the movie is officially closed. So, it’s on to the editing room and months of additional CG.

The final scenes were shot in a place that befits Tony Stark’s flamboyance, Caeser’s Palace in Las Vegas. The last scene called for a security guard. So to save time, Favreau cast himself in the part then yelled “wrap” to end production.

Favreau has also quenched the rumors on Gwyneth Paltrow recent injury. “I’ve been hearing and reading a lot of rumors about Gwyneth Paltrow breaking her leg. Let me set the record straight. Yes, she had a small fracture in her knee. No, she didn’t injure herself on the set of Iron Man. Yes, she had surgery to repair it. No, it did not impact filming. I hope this clears things up. Thanks for your concern. She’s back home and doing fine.

Sorry comic lovers, despite rumors this movie will NOT address Tony’s appointment to S.H.I.E.L.D, the Initiative or his role in death of Captain America.
