It looks like you may be able to continue getting your mafia fix after the Sopranos airs its final episode this Sunday. After being cut from the NBC lineup after poor performance, The Black Donnellys will be getting another chance. The series, about an Irish mob family, has been picked up by HDNet. The new run will include seven exclusive, previously un-aired episodes. The action starts Wednesday, June 13th at 8PM ET on HDNet.

the show has a decent concept, but please never mention it in the same sentence as the sopranos. TS will forever be in its own league when it comes to tv dramas…especially mob ones
