One of the most anticipated movies releases of 2007 has already received a movie nomination before hitting theaters. Transformers, starring Peter Cullen as the voice of Optimus Prime and Shia LeBeouf as Spike, has been nominated for the MTV Movie Award’s “Best Summer Movie You Haven’t Seen Yet.”
The nominees include:
- Rush Hour 3
- Hairspray
- Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer
- Evan Almighty
- Transformers
- Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix
- I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry
- The Simpsons Movie
The Transformers arrives in theaters July 4. But tune-in to the MTV Movie Awards on June 3rd to see if Transformers takes home the Golden Popcorn!
